First they said Mitt Romney won Iowa. Then they said Rick Santorum won Iowa. Now it looks like Ron Paul is the actual winner since he has officially picked up 14 of the states 28 delegates (the rest are chosen at a later date). Worst case scenario, he ties someone for first place. 

Looks like Ron Paul has won (or tied) in Minnesota, too.
